Which one should you choose?

The Shortcuts Edition is identical to the Original Dash Planner®. The only difference: it includes quick links that open your Apple or Google Calendar directly from inside your planner. (Events still need to be entered manually—PDF planners can’t sync with calendar apps—but the links make it faster to jump between tools.)

Loved by thousands in 2025

The 2026 edition is built on the same clean, intuitive design.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Does the planner sync with my calendar apps?
A: Because digital planners are PDFs, they can’t directly sync with apps like Google or Apple Calendar. The Shortcuts Edition includes quick links that open those apps from inside your planner, but events still need to be added manually.

Q: Do both versions include a Monday + Sunday start?
A: Yes, both editions include both options—choose your start day (for the monthly calendar and weekly pages) inside the file.

Q: Can I use these in Goodnotes, Notability, or Noteshelf?
A: Yes, Dash Planner PDFs are fully optimized for iPad note-taking apps.

Q: What if I buy the wrong edition?
A: Just reach out! I’m happy to help swap your file.

Q: Can I change the weekly layout after I’ve already downloaded the planner?
A: The Dash Planner® comes with all weekly layout options included in your download. You can switch to a different layout by redownloading another version from the Download Dashboard. The layouts themselves can’t be swapped inside the same file after purchase, but you’ll have access to all the versions in your download folder.

Q: What do I need to use the Dash Planner®?
A: You’ll need an iPad or tablet, a stylus (like Apple Pencil), and a note-taking app such as Goodnotes, Notability, or Noteshelf. The planner is delivered as a PDF file that opens inside your app.

Q: Can I use the planner on my phone or computer?
A: Yes, you can open the files on other devices, but the best experience is on an iPad or tablet with a stylus. That’s where the hyperlinks and handwriting features shine.

Q: Can I use the Dash Planner® on Android devices?
A: Yes. The planner is a PDF file, so it works on Android tablets too. You’ll need a note-taking app that supports hyperlinks, such as Noteshelf or Xodo. While the best experience is on an iPad with Apple Pencil and Goodnotes, many Android users enjoy the Dash Planner® with their tablet and stylus.

Q: Is the planner dated or undated?
A: The Dash Planner® is fully dated for 2026, with all months and weeks set up for you.

Q: Can I reuse the planner every year?
A: Since this edition is dated for 2026, it’s designed for this year only. However, you’ll have lifetime access to your file, allowing you always to reference it.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the digital nature of the product, I’m not able to offer refunds. If you encounter any issues with your download, please don't hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help.
