A Little Background

I’ve been a graphic designer for a little over ten years, working in both design agencies and freelancing on my own. While in design school at Arizona State University, I found myself needing solid organizational tools to help me tackle the project load in school, the tasks at work, and the events going on in my home life. This is when my love for using planners and notebooks really took off. After a while I started to realized how picky I was towards the design of these tools and began making my own planner insert pages and custom notebooks.

This ended up developing into a big hobby of mine. I applied the visual communication principles I was learning in class in search to make planners that were simple and efficient, yet esthetic. Once I received the iPad Pro as a graduation gift, my love for paper planners evolved to now include digital planning and notetaking. 

I noticed there was a gap in the market for minimal and simply designed digital planner templates. This gave me the idea to create the Dash Planner shop on Etsy. A place to get minimal and contemporary digital planners, notebooks, journals, and stickers.
