Mid-Year Reset Worksheet

Somewhere around July, I always feel it. That quiet nudge to pause before the rest of the year rushes in. Honestly, I sometimes feel a bit of panic about what hasn't happened yet, or I get the urge to overhaul everything I started out with in January. This year, I'm trying to shift that by taking a moment to stop and actually look at where I am.

While I was designing this worksheet, I realized something.

The first half of the year carries more than we give it credit for. There were wins we haven't celebrated, hard things we pushed through without acknowledging, ordinary moments that mattered more than we realized at the time. Before we set intentions for the second half, I think those things deserve a little light.

This worksheet has space for:

  • a snapshot of where you started versus where you are now

  • moments worth remembering before more life happens

  • an honest check-in across different areas of your life

  • a light gut-check on the goals/intentions you set in January

  • and a spot to claim your top three priorities for the rest of the year

If any of that resonates, I'd love for you to give it a try. Print it out or open it in your note-taking app of choice.
